How can Hypnotherapy help me?

You might look like you’re coping on the outside, but inside you feel exhausted, anxious, and disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’re dealing with burnout, self-doubt, medical challenges, or a life transition that’s left you questioning who you are and where you’re going.

I work with people who are tired of pushing through and holding it all together. While I support clients with a wide range of challenges, I specialise in helping women navigating medical issues, including the anxiety, fear, and uncertainty that often accompany illness or treatment. Many of my clients are women over 30 who have spent years prioritising everyone else, until their mind or body finally demands attention. If this sounds familiar, there’s nothing wrong with you. You’re responding to prolonged stress, and change is possible.

My work focuses on helping you release anxiety, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with your inner strength so you can feel calm, confident, grounded, and safe again. Sessions are supportive, reassuring, and focused on helping you move forward, not analysing you or keeping you stuck in the past.

Where do I begin?

I work online via Zoom and offer flexible hours, making it possible to fit hypnotherapy around busy lives, time zones, medical appointments and changing schedules.

Your needs matter just as much as everyone you care for.
